Childcare Grant Threshold in Wales

Hi all,
Does anyone know how much I can get for Childcare Grant if my husband’s income is just under £24000 pre year before tax? Does household threshold include my earning such as NHS bursary, part time odd jobs or student maintenance loan money on top of my husbands income? I have 2 children who need to go to either breakfast or after school club and the cost would be roughly about £150 for a week. Also, would I be eligible to receive it if I use childcare voucher?
