Removing flag from SLE account Erudio

Hi SLE,

I am struggling to get a straight and accurate answer to my question from SLE so I would really appreciate it if you could help me?
When a debt for an old style student loan with arrears has been sold to Erudio and that debt is then paid off in full by the debtor. How long does it take for SLE to remove the flag from the person's SLE account thus allowing them to access further student finance?
