When do you get access course certificate?

I know for my course it's july for the results and then the provider will automatically send those results to ucas/uni and then we recieve the unconditional in august at the same time as a level students do

Wait so you have to wait until august 18 to make ur final choices on ucas?
What if i get my grades/certificates before august? What do I need to do after I receive my certificate?
