Still no period after stopping depo help
I had my last depo short around end of September/ beginning of October last year so it will have expired around December January time. I’m so worried as I still have had no period yet and sometimes when I go to the loo there is mucus. Not sure where the mucus is coming from however today it had a tiny bit of blood so I’m unsure if this is just spotting or what? Has anyone else had a similar experience or can give some advice until I can contact my GP😩
It's normal for it to take up to a year (and for some people can take 18-24 months) for your menstrual cycle to return to how it was before the depo shot.
