does UCAS update at the same time globally on results day

So I’m in a different country (China specifically) where the time zone is 7/8 hours ahead of UK time zone during results day. Does anyone know if UCAS updates globally at the same time or if I would be receiving my update 7/8 hours earlier?

I'd presume it updates globally. Much easier for UCAS to just release it at the same time for everyone.

Yes - it reopens for everyone at exactly the same time, wherever in the world you are.
The embargo period ends at 8am GMT. Your timezone doesn’t change that.
