i had 3 take aways this week while on a weight loss journey

hello! so i’ve lost around 7 pounds in the last month and a half ( with a calorie deficit and regular exercise 4-5 times a week ) and this week i haven’t really had time to cook nor has me and my family had time to food shop. so i’ve had a takeaway everyday for the past 3 days. this isn’t often, and even before my weight loss journey i didn’t do this either.

the last time i weight myself ( today ), i had lost 1.5lbs since last week monday. i’ve also still been sticking to my calorie deficit as much as possible while eating these take aways. i haven’t seen the scale go up yet and i do still keep up my exercise. this wont become a habit ( the 3 take aways ) but i really do need some piece of mind😭

advice/help would be appreciated!
Don't beat yourself up - stuff happens.

Just keep it up but be in your limits don't overdue any things which you feel .
