What international undergrad CGPA is equivalent to 2:1 UK DEGREE?
and if my undergrad cgpa is not equivalent to 2:1, can i not apply in any case?
i graduated in September 2022 and have been working since November 2022

Some schools provide a conversion list of GPAs for different countries. For instance University of Glasgow shows the requirements for international students by country: https://www.gla.ac.uk/international/ (scroll down to "Choose your country/region", then click on the entry requirements)

Each uni determines its own approx equivalency. As above, many will list them on their international pages.

To answer the second question, you probably wouldn’t be considered, although you can contact the uni to ask.
