Travel Vaccinations

Has anyone got the free HepatitisA vaccine on the NHS by pretending to go to somewhere where it is needed.

I've had it for travel and no one asked me to provide proof of where I was travelling. But if you are not travelling, why do you need it?

Yh, I probably won’t get it now, just I am going South Africa and was too late for the NHS to give me the vaccinations I needed for free as they need 6-8 weeks before you go. So I got them done privately but only typhoid. The nurse said I could get the hepA one for free by just pretending to go on holiday. But i suppose there is no point if I’m not having it for this trip
