UoY online enrolment issue

Hi i can't see if ive got accomodation yet due to an issue with the online enrolment

when i try to set up my it account i can only get as far as "step 3 of 3: complete enrolment"
it gives me a link "https://envision.york.ac.uk" which brings me to a self certification for assessment extension/ deferral that it will not let me successfully complete due to the year of academic study not coming up in the box.

Please help!
