Is there any financial support / loan for EU Master's students in the UK?

I'm a EU citizen not living in the UK (no settled status or anything there) and thinking about doing a 1-year Master's degree at Northumbria University. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to support myself AND pay the international tuition - only one of those.

Is there any way for me to get a loan as a 25+ EU citizen doing a postgraduate degree? I've only found this for EU students with UK settlement status. Any direction you could point me into? Or is there no hope for EU students at Master's level?
