My parents are divorced and I live between them, with roughly equal time living at both. Which parent's household gets used for the means-test for maintenance loan?
Is it the one who earns more? Or is there a legal thing like which one is your "legal address"

Hi there,
It would be the parent you have most contact with or pick the parent you want to support the application. It would then be based on their income along with (if relevant) any partner they live with. Thanks, Jason
