UCAS contextual offer
I have lived in a deprived area for my whole life (up until I turned 18) that qualified for a contextual offer, all categories were classed as Quntile 1 by POLAR. However, I moved just before sending my UCAS off and put my new address down which is Quintile 5 for most categories making me illegible for any contextual offers. Can I contact UCAS about this in order to reduce my grades needed by universities?
UCAS doesn’t decide contextual offer criteria. Each university does that themselves.
I have known some unis to take this into account - but it's at their discretion as to how recent the move was and they may ask for evidence.
