Eu pre-settled status and year abroad
Hello, I’m doing 2nd year university and planning to take a placement abroad during next academic year. As I have pre-settled status and my idea is to move abroad due this. Will I break my continuous residence in the UK ?. I don’t wanna risk it as I wanna apply for settle status eventually. Thanks

I'd advise to double check with your university and the Home Office but as far as I know, we EU citizens with pre-settled status can leave the UK for 12 months if you can prove that it was temporary/for reasons of study and not loose the pre-settled status. But please double check!
