i am a international student.Finished grade in Economics.My CGP is 3.48. I want to apply for post grade in abroad.Specially in Germany,Italy,USA,Finland,denmark,South korea.what is the process for apply.And when the application begin for september intack?

This is really country and sometimes even university dependent, you'll need to research how each system works.

For the US the application cycle is ongoing - you'd probably be looking at colleges with rolling admissions at this stage I imagine.

Germany I think it's more common for degrees to start in the winter (Dec/Jan) but not sure how the admissions process works there - https://www.daad.de/en/ has lots of information on studying in Germany as an international student and the process though so that's a good starting point!
