i have just received an offer via email from ucas. i went to my hub to view my offer but when i clicked on hub it was a white screen no aplication.

Yeah that happens to me sometimes. If it's just a blank screen (i.e. with literally nothing on it), I think it's a UCAS problem. If there is a navigation bar which appears with your name in the top right corner, hover on your name and just click on the Hub icon and it will take you there. Sometimes, depending on demand, the UCAS website is slow.
