Hi Ana,

To be eligible for a Tuition Fee Loan from us you need to be living in the UK when the academic year begins. So, for example, if your course begins in September 2025 you should be in the UK on the 1st of September 2025.

You'll also need to have either Pre-Settled or Settled Status from the Home Office.

Just to say, these rules are correct as of now, but it's possible they may be different in 2025.
