is it good to work on the farm while lifting hay bales and feeding animals?

ig. i don't see what would be bad about it, unless you were really young. but you have to be at least 13 to use tsr. working on a farm can be great for increasing strength, a sense of hard work, and learning about animals.

Gazpacho.

I worked on a family friend’s farm when I was younger over the summers. It was wonderful .

It certainly gets you fit but the benefits of working outdoors in summer go beyond that.
