If i've been offered an unconditional offer (post- alevel applicant), and university has asked for evidence by a portal, once I have submitted evidence does this mean i've accepted the offer? In short, how do you accept an unconditional offer on UCAS?
Providing evidence is not accepting the offer.
You will only have the option to do that via UCAS Hub once all your uni choices have given a decision. You'll then have the option to either Firm it, (in which case you won't actually need an insurance), or to Insure it if you want it as your backup.
