If I accept my uni place quicker will I be more likely to get better accommodation?
I know that I am going to put Durham University as my firm choice for PPE. But then either Manchester or York as my insurance, but I am not sure yet which one because I am going to go the offer holder days to decide.
But, I was wondering does anyone know if the accommodation for these universities is given on a first-come-first-serve basis, therefore if I wait to accept my offer then I will be left with not as good accomodation?

It’s against ucas rules for universities to incentivise replying to offers early. Even with accommodation allocation.
