How do i tell my family i want to revert to Islam?

I have been learning about Islam and increasing my knowledge slowly over the past year and a half. I have fasted 2 years in a row now for Ramadan but have hidden it from my family as much as i could. Now that I am at university, they have also slowly started to realise my interest in Islam but always have something to say. I avoid going home on half-terms and just in general as i worry they won’t be as supportive as I hoped they would. My worry is when i have to go back home for summer, i don’t want to eat their food as it won’t be halal, i will struggle to pray in my house and i worry if i tell them they will dislike me and worst of all disown me or fall out with me. I need my family as they are my only support and I am really struggling at the moment. What do i do?
