Marrying advice (Muslim Brothers and Sisters)

Salaam Brothers and Sisters,

I’m 23 years old with an educational background inInformation and Communication Technology. I’ve known a-girl for two years with the intention of marrying her we both-want to marry each other both my mother and father are aware of the girl and that I want to marry her which is why I-have my parents consent although it’s her end that’s the issue every time the girl raises the topic on marriage-especially to her mum her mum doesn’t want to hear about it sarcastically shrugging it off or giving a smirk or grin. I've awaited patiently for nearly 2 and a half years and when I-first came across the girl, started to speak in a rough idea of how long a wait would be she told me it would be 2 or 3years before getting married what would you advise me to do…have I waited long enough and gave her enough time to tell her parent's and what would you do if I said to her “I'll give you till the end of the year for an answer” and there's still no answer to it then.
