What are you weighing in at? Seems to me that you're probably a bit too advanced to be on linear progression?
Just over 90.
I'm only really on somewhat linear progression for squats. Everything else is progressing extremely slowly (including the squats up until recently). Although that's probably because my bodyweight isn't increasing...

You can't bulk forever - have you ever tried something like 5/3/1 which progresses monthly rather than weekly or every session?

Definitely true you can't bulk forever, but I'm far too tall to be 90kg and a "lifter"...
I'm going to be trying different things in the future. A modified 5/3/1 might well be something that I look at. I think the different rep ranges help me grow quite a bit, actually, since at the moment I rarely go above 5.
Quite difficult. Back protesting a little as well. But happy to get a PR.
Bench:
80 x 5 90 x 5
90 x 5 was really difficult. I sort of went to one side at the end to complete the lift, which is silly because surely I should be stronger trying to evenly distribute the weight...

Deficit deadlifts:
170 x 5
Only one set from now on. Quite hard.
Seated dumbbell should press:
24s x 10/8/5
Really dropping off reps towards the end.
Then home.
Nice progress Hey Smack got a couple questions on working on Rig. But ur inbox is full so cannot send PM.
Do you have a private inbox/email I can reach you at for advice? Regards Nick
