Okay session this afternoon. Back still weird, almost stopped me deadlifting as the last two warm-ups felt a bit off but the workset felt a little better.
Decent enough session this afternoon. Wasn't feeling great this morning so was contemplating skipping but didn't. Need the results of my blood test to see if there's anything.
Squats:
137.5 x 5/5/5
Harder.
Bench press:
85 x 5/5/5
Not too bad.
Chins:
bodyweight x 4/4/4/4/4/4/4/4
Got them all. The first few sets were done on the top bar of a machine rather than an actual chin up bar, which is pretty much like a fat-grip bar or something.
Not a bad session tonight, even though I wasn't feeling it, managed all my numbers. Back feeling worse, and to be honest I'm quite worried about my back troubles returning.
Not a bad session tonight. Feeling sick and had a sore stomach, bottom-left. Back also feeling maybe a little worse than last time. Not really sure what's going on.
Paused squats:
120 x 5/5/5
Pause squats are hard.
Bench press:
86.5 x 5/5/5
A bit harder.
Didn't do any pulling as I really wasn't up for it.

Then home.
Good progress, keep it up
P.s. If you think pause squats are hard try doing 2 sets of the same weight and pyramid up to your normal working weight (2x5 counts as 1 set and 5 sets total are to be done)...its the only time i literally felt like crying in the gym and felt like a piece of jelly hahaha

Sorry I mean know the feel of lower back pain all too well.
After getting some pain from a 50kg DL form practice last night I'm thinking that is the main culprit. And maybe OHP and to a lesser extent squats. Though on the latter two I think it is excessive rounding inward in an attempt to keep the back straight.

No offence but you must be doing something catastrophically wrong to get back pain from a 50 kg deadlift. Post a video for a form check.
Deads have always been my weakest. I didn't get the pain from my 50kg deadlift so to speak. Last day in the gym, Thursday I think, I did DL for the first time in a while. Went 50, 60 which were fine, then to 80 which was complete ****, lower back definitely rounded.
I'll post a video this week. I'll tag you into the post.
I think it was probably that. Then the 50kg I did yesterday just flared it up. OHP may also be a cause, I did that on Thursday also, so can't be sure. I thought my form felt ok when I did it, made sure my hips were forward, chest out, tight glutes etc.
I think my back, lower back particularly is generally weak. My hips and glutes are also incredibly tight. I can bring my knee to my chest fine, but if I bring the soles of my feet together while sitting on the floor my knee are ridiculously high.
