What Makeup do you find attractive/unattractive?
I like eyeliner on guys. Lipstick usually means they are gay though

My opinion...I think they do. Attractiveness is too subjective for you to say "they categorically do not."
If you wear loads of makeup then you're probably very insecure (and probably ugly). It looks tacky, too, so you need to keep it down to a reasonable level.
