although in theory it's supposed to be when you're ovulating I think

in my personal experience, it has been at different times, so seems to be either independent of the cycle

or it may be dependent on the cycle, but that other factors interrupt this

like when you think of sleep rhythms, we might have a natural inclination to feel tired at 10pm
but if we're up on electronics and watching something interesting, we might feel awake again

in terms of this though, it could be stress that delays feelings of feeling horny, or it could be you have more interesting pursuits, like being interested in my work or any hobbies, you forget, but after that stuff is out the way, the feelings probably surface up
