How do you have 2nd breakfasts? I'd rather make a massive breakfast than continuously going back and forth for more.
It was more a case of I'd wake up about midday, have cereal, then have lunch straight after. Or I'd have cereal and then decide I was still hungry and have a bowl of porridge half an hour later. I had something small to start with in an attempt to stop myself eating so much but it didn't work!
48kg (7 and 1/2 stone) I'm almost 5"9. I prefer being slim, though I used to be a lot skinnier, meaning I used to never eat xD. I eat everyday now, quite a lot too, just very high metabolism so I stay thin.
wow.... 3lb/week here I am planning long-term when I begin my cut from October+ 2016 at the most of 0.5lb/week = 2lb/month since its my first actual cut and I'd want to go slowly at getting my shredz back while maintaining as much possible.
