Student finance online account.

After doing my application for the loan I got various letters from Student Finance, one of which told me to register online. I did that a while ago, but my account is still empty. Is it normal that not even my details of application appear? Thank you!

Your best bet is to ring them up and ask them to check that everything has been set up correctly - they'll be able to look at your application from all sides to spot if there's anything you need to do that hasn't been done yet.
