You've neglected the two biggest issues:
- What are the clinets/customers like that I have to deal with.
- What is my manager like?
Best and worst jobs, sure you can group some of them , but to get something more meaningful you always have to consider those questions as well. The perfect job could be ruined by a ******** manager.
I think cleaning toilets is an unpleasant job, and worse is probably working in coal mines.

The only thing I remember was needing to call the manager every time someone changed their mind and didn't want an item.
