As a 17 year old girl with body image issues, for the people saying eating this low calorie diet ‘worked wonders’, this is so damaging. I’m already half convinced to do it even though I know it is so unhealthy. The problem here is even though I’m aware it’s unhealthy, unsustainable and would only plan on doing it for a short time, when you’re stuck in that headspace you go “just another week” and the cycle continues.
So I’m asking, if you are not a doctor, do not give advice on diet at all. It is extremely dangerous. Even if your intentions are good.
I can only appreciate the level headed people in this thread for arguing the other side of this, otherwise I would have decided I was going to do this.
