Don't put anything in on modules! Even now, you don't do that unless it is a subject with another practical-type component to it.
Just the overall grades.

No, that’s information that UCAS send on to your choices once your results are available.

You just need to include your overall achieved grade. It’s unis need any more info, they’ll ask for it, (very unlikely).

Just for knowledge, do UCAS send unit grades to universities for applicants like me who have already completed A-levels? And these are A-levels which has been completed quite some time ago

Not in that case, it’s usually just grades achieved this year or the last. If you’re successful, you’ll likely have to provide evidence of your results in due course.
