Could you share some of your PESTLE and SWOT examples please?

I didn't do SWOT because we were told not to for Part A (could be seen as pre prepared material)

P = Brexit, harder to import materials
E = inflation, products that are "wants" may have to be cheaper to sell them
S = trends, since lockdown people are more health conscious
T = anti sweat technology
L = minimum wage increase, increased cost to the business
E = shoes are made from recycled materials

No problem 😌

I also recommend looking at Nike adverts (Play New, Last Game, Winner Stays) for inspiration too for promotional methods

Also do you know what the target audience is?

Also do you know what the target audience is?

The primary research says "People aged 17-35" so I assume that's the age range

Target audience could be anyone, sporty people obviously but also regular people (due to lockdown people wore casual clothing more often)

Anyone has an idea about the timescale and media options? I’m kinda confused on that one :frown:

I did

can we write this down on the booklet given for part A?

I highlighted it (they're on the last two pages of the booklet) and put a star next to it as a trigger for "use these"
