    Its not really that broad compared to people that weigh like 200+ lbs.
    But it is definitely broad for someone like me who is 179cm/180cm tall.
    The average shoulder width for a man 5'10 and 170lbs is 17-18 inches.

    How can you be 17.5 round ? as in circumference? That's the size of a big arm?

    You physically can't be that small lol

    As in I took the tape, held my arm up but not flexed, warped the tape round the biggest point.

    You mean chest size. I wear a 40 or 42, last time I measured I was 41

    You mean chest size. I wear a 40 or 42, last time I measured I was 41

    I'm 2 inches shorter and my shoulders are 2 inches wider than yours, and I don't consider myself to be all that broad.

    Using that shoulder measurement pic you posted. I stood back on a wall relaxed got someone to mark with a pencil either side of my shoulders and I came back at 21.5 inches.

    If you weighed 110lbs and have 22 inch shoulder, that is really broad.
    How long have you been going to the gym?
    I never even signed up for a gym membership in my life, never took protein shakes. I could easily build massive deltoids to get wider shoulders.
    Infact, i experimented. One time, i ate the absolute bare minimum for 3 months and i only lost 1 pound.
    If you big guys dont eat alot, you'll lose muscle like no tomorrow.
    Muscle takes energy to maintain, which comes from food consumption.

    And what is the measurement of your biceps?
    What is the maximum weight you can curl? without swinging.

    Broad shoulders are broad shoulders though. No such thing as 'broad shoulders for my weight' they're either broad or they aren't.

    18months or so.

    Join a gym, you already curl 30kg so a few months at the gym and you'll be hench.

    You're tiny though, you've nothing to lose.

    I'm eating 1500Kcal at the minute, not losing muscle.

    Also you measure shoulder width from the back. Using the front measurement approach I just got 23.5 inches, which is stupid. Although I'm guessing my shoulders are now 4 inches wider than your broad boulders.

    I don't lift and yet I'm considerably bigger than you still, yet you try and insult us all

    Because you have high metabolism. Enjoy it while it lasts. I used to have high metabolism but I'm already noticing a difference in my early 20s

    It is much much more likely that your exercise routine has changed and you're more sedentary, not your metabolism....
