Do you do strange stuff in your sleep?
I ask because I've just woken up from a nap on the sofa and my dad just told me I was moving each toe individually! Just tried doing that now and it's impossible!

I wet the bed quite alot 
i think i self-harm with my nails when i sleep. i wake up with deep scratches and injuries on my stomach, chest and legs sometimes. weird. so i try and keep my nails as short as possible these days.
