household income tricky question

For the previous academic year my household income was assessed based on the Lithuanian tax year 2011 instead of the original year 2010 (by my request) since my family had a higher than 25 % income drop. For the upcoming academic year the original assessed tax year is 2011 which is the year I have already been assessed for. My question is if I need to fill in the household income assessment documents again in order to receive the NSP bursary?
