how does my parent reset their password to support my account?

My mum is trying to logon to support my second year application however she's forgotten her password from the previous year. Whenever I click 'forgotten password' the website thinks in trying to reset my password not my mums! Can anyone help? :smile:

Please ensure the e-mail address you have is not shared and that you're using your mum's own reference number as you will each have one that is unique.

If your mother can't do this online then she'll need to contact us on 0300 100 0607 to have this done for her.

I only have the customer reference number for my account and not hers, is there a way to reset without the customer reference number? :smile:

No, without this the system will not know who's account needs resetting. Your mother will need to call us to get these details.
