60 Level 4 credit part time course

I am interested in applying for a 60 Level 4 credit standalone course that runs part time over 1 year.

Would I be eligible for a tuition fee loan for this please?

A standard year long full time course is generally 120 credits so this meets the 50% intensity rule for part time funding from SFE.

However you should check with the university or college offering the course whether the course is eligible for funding - they need to have the course registered with SFE/SLC for this to happen.

Also be aware that this will count towards your previous study years if you ever apply for full time funding which might limit your options later on.
