Parent Abroad - no address

Hi,
My parents are divorced and my father lives abroad (non-EU). He refuses to give his address info for my student finance application. What should I do?

If your parents are divorced, your mum only needs to provide her info. (and that of a partner, if she has one who she lives with) If she's single, she needs to provide proof of this.

But on the form it asks if either of your parents has lived abroad in the past 3 years .... it doesn't differentiate between married and non married parents at that stage.

"Since 1 September 2013 has either your:

parents, step-parents or guardians

•

husband, wife or civil partner

lived or worked outside the UK and Islands or, in the case of an EU, EEA or Swiss national outside the EEA or Switzerland?"
