What counts as 3 year residency proof?

I'm just getting back on my feet again after a long battle with an ED and severe mental health issues. I have spent some time abroad but have always been a resident in The UK, however, because I haven't worked, etc. I don't have pay slips or NI payments as proof of residency. I have my bank statements, driving license, DBS, and GP letters - will this be enough? I have been at my parents house and never changed address.
