Parents supporting application
Hello, my payments have been scheduled but my parents submitted their support for my application after my payments were scheduled. I'm only currently receiving the minimum maintenance loan but should be entitled to quite a lot more. Will I receive the total amount I am entitled to? And when would this be?

Hi Maria,
Student Finance will reassess your Maintenance Loan once we have processed your Parent's financial information.
Processing times for financial information to be processed is currently 19 working days from when the information is received.You will be sent a new Notification of Entitlement once this has been processed and also check your online account for any updates.
