Im 13, And Im being questioned by the police for something thats not my fault?

So, Tomorrow the police are coming to question me about a person, Lets call him jake. There is a girl, lets call her lilly (aged 15), Lilly sent jake nudes without knowing jake, and jake screenshotted them. Lilly then blocked him because she didnt want them screenshotted and put on her snapchat story 'block @jake` or whatever his username was. I asked hr why and she said it didn't matter, So I added jake and asked him. He told me the story and then sent me her nudes and I didnt even ask for her nudes as Im gay. I then told her jake showed me your nudes but I didnt want to see them. She then blocked me.

Jake is currently being investigated as he is apparently a wanted Paedophile.

Why am I being questioned by the police if I didnt do anything?

You're a witness in everything so that's probably why
You're not only a witness, but also in possession (or at least you were at one point) of child pornography, so the police will want to get your version of events and possibly make sure you no longer have the photos. Just tell the truth and you have nothing to be worried about. You're only 13 so they will probably accept that you didn't ask for the photos or that you didn't understand how wrong it was to have them etc.
Because you've seen the pictures / been in possession of them

Because you can tell the police what you wrote just now? And also you saw the pictures which were nudes of an underage girl (illegal)
They likely just want to ask you your version of events and confirm whether or not you still have the photographs.

You're 13 and you didn't solicit the photos, at least I hope not, so it shouldn't be a problem - just be honest with them.
whatever you and jake do in prison. dont drop the soap.
If you haven't deleted the pictures, you are in possession of child pornography and might end up getting registered as a sex offender.
You're a witness
You may still hold the pictures

They were sent to him without his consent. Stop being a drama queen.

No, it's not your fault, but you're a witness to a crime (the sending of child pornography) and also currently in possession of something illegal (child pornography). Unless you deleted it.

If 'Jake' sent you the photographs after you said you didn't want them, take a screenshot of you saying so. Also I think being gay shouldn't be the only reason for not wanting to see nudes of a 13-year-old girl.

Just show the police your chat and you'll be off the hook.

But prosecution only possible if the child is 12 or above. Criminal responsibility is 10 in England and Wales.
