Legal guardians!!!??!!??!?

Hi!

So I have lived in England for most of my life but I left after year 8. I am going to move back for A levels. However, my parents aren't moving with me.

I am a British citizen and so are my parents and I'll be living with my aunt and going to a day school.

Is it possible for her to be my legal guardian while my parents still have rights over me? Also, when it comes to university applications will I have to refer to her in regards to household income etc?

Also, can she become my legal guardian before I move back? I stay with her whenever I go to England (which is most half-term breaks and holidays). And if so, does anyone know how?
