Student Finance cancel

Good afternoon,

I have just received a letter from student finance saying that I am eligible for Tuition Fee Loan and it will be transferred to university at some point of the academic year. However, I have deferred my university space to next year as student finance was unable to provide me with maintenance loan due to me not living here for 5 years yet, therefore, I decided to go next year.

I was wondering, can I cancel my tuition fee loan and apply next year again?
