Office job and phobia of answering phone
I’ve applied for a trainee office assistant job, and have an interview in a few days. Honestly I just applied for a bunch of different jobs as I just urgently need one.. but I’m just very nervous as an office job obviously consists off answering the phone which is a phobia of mine! I get sooo anxious talking on the phone ever since I could remember. Everyone keeps saying It’s just something you’d get used to as you keep doing it but it’s really putting me off
You get used to it, I promise you. And almost every job you will have to answer the phone, be that suppliers, clients, contractors, partners, colleagues, managers etc. There is no job that I can think of where you will never have to answer the phone.
