Insurance university

I want to swap my firm and insurance choice university so I go to my insurance choice and both my firm and insurance choices are happy for me to do this and have contacted UCAS however it's been over a week and it hasn't been changed in Track. How long should this take and when/if should I get back in contact with UCAS?

Once all three parties have confirmed to UCAS, (you, your current Firm and your current Insurance), it's usually takes effect within 24hrs of the last permission being received.

I would give UCAS a call to see if they are waiting on anything or if it is just delayed due the coronavirus.
