Student Finance Issue!

Whenever my parents try to fill in the student finance form it comes up with the temporary error, and financial information incomplete , message.

Can we just fill it in on paper, scan it, and then upload to the documents section?

That's very bizarre. I'm an undergraduate student going into my second year in September and reapplying went smoothly for me. Would definitely give it a try again and if you're still having problems, it would be quicker to call SFE who'll help you out. :smile:

Hi, they can complete the paper PFF2 form http://ow.ly/opMD30qijXx and upload it to your account.

If you upload the form, the terms and conditions page does not need to be signed, so they can complete the form on the computer rather than printing it out and scanning it.
