My student finance was blocked for 6 years due to childcare fraud from my childminder....student finance stopped funding me for 6 years.
I made a call to student finance i was told i can now claim for my funding but my question is would there decision to give me funding be based on the issue 6 years ago and my account is also over payment.
Someone pls help.
