Applied for a job in England but confirmation email is for Ireland?

Applied for a job in England for McDonald’s, the postcode and address for the restaurant was for England but when I sent my application in I got an email confirming they’ve received it but the email is [email protected]>recruitment but other McDonald’s jobs I’ve applied to it’s [email protected]. Any idea why it’s for Ireland?

Yeah I called the McDonald’s store I applied to hours ago and told them I sent in an application but it went it Ireland. They said they would call back after they figured out why but they haven’t yet so I’ll see what’s what if they contact me
