healthy calorie intake?

most people need 2000 at least.
I wouldn’t dip far below this as you run the risk of some serious health issues.
It’s better not to focus on calories but on eating healthily and doing exercise. Focus on eating whole grains, fruit, veg, protein, healthy fats etc.

You can still have stuff like chocolate and that as long as the rest of what you eat is okay :smile:
