I have 3 sisters, one older, two younger. I obviously won’t be revealing their names, for privacy reasons. I’m the only boy in the house.

Biologically none.

However I have 2 step brothers. One I acquired when I was 18; I've met him a handful of times. The other I acquired when I was 32; I've never met him.

I also have 1 half brother-in-law, and 2 half sisters-in-law.
