Decent session this evening.

Pause squats:

147.5 x 5/5/5

Pretty difficult.

Press:

72 x 6/6/6/6

Not too bad I don't think.

Then home.
Not a good session this evening. Have a sore left wrist which limits what I can do.

Deadlifts:

190 x 0
170 x 5/0

Not sure what happened here - wrist likely wasn't affecting deadlifting like it would have affected pressing, and possibly squatting.

Barbell rows:

100 x 8/8/8

Not too bad overall but felt a little sick.

Then home.
Not a great session this afternoon. Wasn't feeling up to much. Wrist a little better but still not wanting to do any pressing.

Squats:

165 x 4
150 x 5/5

Form a bit off. 165 felt very heavy.

Lat pull downs:

70 x 10/10/8

By the last set my lats were quite fatigued.

Then home.
Okay session tonight.

Squats:

155 x 5/5/5

Quite hard actually. Form not great I don't think.

Bench press:

95 x 5/5/5

Okay enough, although perhaps wasn't tight enough a lot of the time.

Barbell rows:

100 x 6/6/6

Quick one this afternoon. Wrist hurting so limited what I could do, and wanted in and out again fairly quickly anyway.

Press:

72.5 x 5/5/5

Okay overall except for the wrist, which kinda limited me to 5 reps on the first set or two.

Deadlifts:

180 x 5

Not too bad. Hopefully form better, i.e. keeping tight enough. My deadlift is really off and on so going to have to figure out how to keep it "on" more.

Then home.
Good session tonight.

Quite hard overall, but form improved as I did more sets.

Bench press:

97.5 x 5/5/5

Not too bad.

Barbell rows:

105 x 5/5/5

Not too bad either.

Not a great session tonight. Not in long.

Press:

Not too bad at all actually.

Deadlifts:

185 x 1
170 x 1

Warm ups not that bad either, just seems that my deadlift is really inconsistent.

Might or might not have had 5 in me at 100, but didn't try as I had no spotter and kinda just backed out of it. Felt a bit loose, but 80 was tighter.

Decent enough session tonight.

Quite hard.

Deadlifts:

185 x 5

Got them all this time, thankfully.

Barbell rows:

110 x 5/4

Was kinda tired after deadlifts so these didn't go that well.

Then home.
Good session tonight.

Not too bad actually.

Bench press:

Didn't have a spotter so didn't try and go for 5 as first set felt quite hard, so did triples instead, which overall was quite good.

An okay kinda session tonight.

Press:

Pressing power felt diminished tonight.

Barbell rows:

107.5 x 5/5/5

Quite hard.

Then home.
A short but decent session tonight. Upper body was feeling fatigued so never attempted pressing work.

Squats:

Not too bad actually.

Supersetted with:

chins:

bodyweight x 5/3/4

Wrist feeling better so tried these.

Then home.
Decent session tonight.

Deadlifts:

187.5 x 5

Probably about the same as last time. Going to switch to 2.5 kg jumps.

Bench press:

100 x 4/5/5

First set didn't set up great and felt weak and wobbly so only did 4. Other two sets were quite hard but managed 5.

Chins:

bodyweight x 3/3/3/3/3

Shorter rest periods, just to get in some back work.

Then home.
Good session tonight.

Squats:

168 x 5/5/5

Felt quite hard. Had to take a 3 kg jump rather than a 2.5 as I could not get my hands on the 1.25s. The difference is much more psychological than actual.

Press:

76 x 5/5/5

Not too bad - second and third sets better. Think I got the hips movement timing better which made it easier to start the movement.

Then home.
A light one this afternoon.

Squats:

132.5 x 5/5

Light squats.

Incline dumbbell bench press:

30s x 10/10

OK.

Lat pull downs:

70 x 10/10

Again, okay.

Then home.
Quick one tonight. Was a bit not well earlier in the week and busy today. Wanted to go in and get something done - so did some of the key things I was planning to do on Wednesday.

Deadlifts:

190 x 5

Got them all. Quite pleased.

Barbell rows:

105 x 6/6/6/6

Not too bad.

Then home.
Okay session this evening. Arrived quite late and back feeling a little funny on the left side.

Squats:

170 x 5
150 x 5/5

Probably wouldn't have got all three sets with 170 so dropped down a bit.

Press:

77.5 x 5/3
70 x 5

First set pretty hard; second set felt easier but then my strength just gave way. Dropped the weight down a bit to get all reps on the last set.

Then home.
Overall decent session tonight.

Deadlifts:

192.5 x 5
160 x 5/5

Not too bad actually.

Bench press:

100 x 3/2
80 x 10

100 felt weak. Setup felt weak. Positioning felt weak. 80 felt better. Not sure what happened to my setup tonight; they've maybe got some new covers on the bench which are stickier, which meant driving back into place once my shoulders were tight was more difficult. Or maybe that's just an excuse.

Then home.
A quick and light one tonight.

Squats:

135 x 5/5

Light squats.

Seated dumbbell overhead press:

25s x 6/6/6

Pressing muscles feeling a bit fatigued so never went for more reps, as was only a light day anyway.

Supersetted with:

Chins:

bodyweight x 4/3/3/3/3

In fact whole upper body feeling a bit fatigued so never got much reps.

Then home.
Not a particularly good session tonight.

Squats:

170 x 5
155 x 5/5

170 was as hard as last time, so dropped down again, this time to 155. Okay overall.

Bench press:

102.5 x 1
90 x 5

Just felt really weak with this. Left arm and rear delt felt weak and fatigued. Didn't want to do any more.

Then home.
