Quick one this afternoon. Wrist hurting so limited what I could do, and wanted in and out again fairly quickly anyway.

Okay overall except for the wrist, which kinda limited me to 5 reps on the first set or two.
Deadlifts:
180 x 5
Not too bad. Hopefully form better, i.e. keeping tight enough. My deadlift is really off and on so going to have to figure out how to keep it "on" more.
Felt quite hard. Had to take a 3 kg jump rather than a 2.5 as I could not get my hands on the 1.25s. The difference is much more psychological than actual.

Not too bad - second and third sets better. Think I got the hips movement timing better which made it easier to start the movement.
Quick one tonight. Was a bit not well earlier in the week and busy today. Wanted to go in and get something done - so did some of the key things I was planning to do on Wednesday.
100 felt weak. Setup felt weak. Positioning felt weak. 80 felt better. Not sure what happened to my setup tonight; they've maybe got some new covers on the bench which are stickier, which meant driving back into place once my shoulders were tight was more difficult. Or maybe that's just an excuse.
